          These General Terms and Conditions of Use govern the access to and use of www.saintgermainfurs.com . The access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products on www.saintgermainfurs.com, are based on the assumption that these General Terms and Conditions of Use have been read, understood and accepted by you.

The purpose of this website is to sell products exclusively to consumers. “Consumer”, for the above purpose, is considered any natural person who is using www.saintgermainfurs.com for purposes outside his or her trade, business or professional activity (if any). If you are not a consumer, please do not use our services for purchasing products on www.saintgermainfurs.com.           Every possible effort has been made that all information provided on this Website is complete and valid, especially regarding the essential characteristics that are described on every product offered, however we cannot completely ensure the absence of possible errors caused by human mistake, or force majeure. The dimensions of the products are approximately recorded and only for your information. The dimensions for the bags and the other relative products are accurate and measured from stitch to stitch. The appearing colors are as accurate as the monitor technology allows it, but there might be possible fading, since the colors cannot be accurately produced on your screens.

Products offered on the Website are compliant with the applicable legislation and standards of Greece. Saint Germain Furs undertakes exclusively to comply with all current legal terms applicable in Greece. No regulations specific to the country of delivery and/or consultation of the Website shall be applied. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that applicable legislation in his country is complied with. It is up to Him/Her to investigate with the relevant local authorities any possible restrictions on the import, export or use of the Products. Saint Germain Furs is solely responsible for the supply of the Products in the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions. Saint Germain Furs shall not be liable for damages caused to Customer as a result of using the Website or the Products. Saint Germain Furs shall not be held liable if the non-execution or poor execution of its obligations is attributable to the Customer, or to the act, unforeseeable and unavoidable, of a third-party during the Products’ delivery, or due to a case of force majeure, unforeseeable, uncontrollable and external. Saint Germain Furs shall not be held responsible for (i) content available on other sites or Internet sources accessible through hypertext links inserted on the Website (and in particular owing to advertisements, Products, services or any other information) neither (ii) for any damages of any kind resulting from visiting those sites. The Customer acknowledges the limits of the Internet and methods of electronic communication. Consequently, Saint Germain Furs shall not be held liable for non- availability of the Website or for any difficulties in connecting or for any interruptions in connection while visiting the Website or when placing an Order. Personal information is only required for the subscription to the newsletter emailing service and for the Order of a Product. For the subscription to the newsletter emailing service, which is free, the only information required is the email address of the visitor who wishes to subscribe. Users of the newsletter emailing service can unsubscribe at any time they wish. Saint Germain Furs does not pass on the Customer’s details to any third party unless the Customer has given permission to do so. The personal information requested from and related to the Customer is essential to process and ship his Order, to issue invoices and to draft warranty agreements, as the case may be or for the benefit of satisfaction’s questionnaires. This information may also be provided to judicial of administrative authority. When creating or consulting their online accounts, Customers will have the option of choosing whether to receive from Saint Germain Furs, and/or partners, commercial or promotional offers by e-mail. Should the Customer wish, for any reason, to not receive such offers, he shall at any time cancel his subscription whether by clicking on the corresponding link in the e-mails or by modifying his details on his online account. Saint Germain Furs will store each contract's content and will send the Customer the details of His order as well as the general terms via e-mail. The Customer can find the Terms and Conditions at the Website at all times. The details about the Customer’s recent orders can be found in your customer account.           Once you complete and confirm your order, we shall confirm it by sending you an order number by e-mail. Saint Germain Furs strives to process each order, but under special and unforeseeable circumstances some orders should be discarded, despite the fact that you have received order confirmation. Saint Germain Furs reserves the right to reject an order at any time at its discretion. If your order can not be processed, we will contact you within 20 days from the confirmation e-mail and will either offer a similar product or cancel your order by returning the full amount paid by you.  While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, acceptance of an order does not imply completing of the sales contract/agreement and we reserve the right to inform you that your order can not be processed. The order is completed by the delivery of the product ordered to you. The final invoice / receipt will be included in your order upon receipt of the product ordered.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
1. The product has already been removed and is not available. In this case, we will contact you by phone and/or e-mail, to suggest an alternative.

2. Extreme weather or strikes, and in case of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order. In this case, we will contact you by telephone and/or email, to confirm if you still want your order to be finalized under these conditions.
3. If it is impossible to contact you (e.g. if a problem occurs in the order, or in connection with the product or in connection with the payment) because e.g. the data entered is not properly registered or updated.

The prices shown on our Website are final prices. Before completing your order, you declare that you were informed that the prices shown on our website include taxes, fees and any kind of customs or other charges applied in Greece. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility. Please check with your national customs office to determine these costs prior to buying.

Euro (€) is the only acceptable currency in your transactions with us. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you are subject to PayPal’s terms of use. If you select Transfer to a bank account, you user will receive the bank account information of Saint Germain Furs. The merchandise will be held until confirmation of your payment is received.

Delivery of products is made by cooperating courier companies, in which Saint Germain Furs promotes users’ personal information such as name and shipping address, so as to allow the delivery and execution of orders.  The invoice / receipt will be sent with your order. Refunds shall be made in the same way your initial order has been made.

Your personal information is encoded in an attempt to prevent violations read by unauthorized persons. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that our efforts will be successful. Saint Germain Furs has no access to your bank data, and does not store such information. Saint Germain Furs will not be held liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) of users whose data has been illegally used or has been used in an unauthorized manner.

Saint Germain Furs is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer equipment from viruses, worms, spyware programs during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have anti-virus software, firewalls and the rest of your computer protection programs are updated.

The delivery of your package will be made within one (1) to fifteen (15) working days.

In any case you will be notified of the Estimated Delivery Date.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped from Greece.

You can always check the status of your order by following the instructions given on our Website.

It is preferable to enter a receipt address where someone will be present to receive your order during working hours, such as your workplace. If there is no one authorized to receive and sign for ordering at the place of receipt, you will be notified of the incomplete delivery and of the place where you will be able to receive packets. In cases where the parcel shall be returned to Saint Germain Furs because it was not received or an incorrect address declaration shall indemnify the purchase price but not the shipping costs. If the product is damaged during transport, please immediately inform the Saint Germain Furs and, if possible, send photos. Saint Germain Furs ships worldwide with DHL or EMS, depending on service availability. Saint Germain Furs does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

          16.1: GENERAL TERMS

As a user of saintgermainfurs.com, you can return the selected products within ten (10) working days of receipt, if you change your mind , the product is not the right size, the choice does not meet your expectations, or if the product is wrong (Except in the case of products referred to in the term 16.2 below). If you wish to take the product back, visit the Website and send your request by completing our online return form. You must return the product to Saint Germain Furs without undue delay and in any case within ten (10) working days from the date on which you updated Saint Germain Furs of your intention to withdraw.

In each case of product return, you are obliged to deliver it in exactly the same condition as received, intact, sealed, complete and without any damage. In particular, the unique Saint Germain Furs seal and the product tags must not be broken or removed in any way and the product must not be worn more than necessary for the initial try on. The product must not be modified in any way The return package must contain all the accessories and accompanying items of the product, its packaging box, its warranty, its user manuals, its marketing material, its accompanying gifts (if any) and its invoice, as they are all parts of the product.

The packaging is that which normally accompanies the products and in excellent condition. We would ask that products are in separate packaging to protect them during transport to us.

As long as the above terms are met, the return of the money corresponding to the value of products returned and delivery costs, will take place within seven (7) working days from the day we receive notice of your intention to withdraw and we have received the returned products, as long as no other transactions have taken place in the meanwhile and no other invoices have been issued. Exceptionally, no delivery costs refunded, if you select another delivery method from the standard delivery offered by Saint Germain Furs. The return of your money shall take place in the same manner with your initial payment.

          16.2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You cannot withdraw from the commercial contract in case of supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications you set yourself or in the case of customized products.

          16.3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN

All products sold through Saint Germain Furs are covered by guarantee provided by Saint Germain Furs that there are no real defects and lack of agreed EU properties. In case of defective product, please return the product ordered to Saint Germain Furs, without undue delay after receipt and make sure to include the invoice. Saint Germain Furs will attempt to replace and return the product to you. Given the short duration of this, tender may not be possible. In this case you will be refunded with the full the amount of money you pay, including product delivery costs, unless you choose shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by Saint Germain Furs.

The Provider shall not be held liable for the content of such websites and/or for the rules adopted by them in respect of, but not limited to, your privacy and the processing of your personal data when you are visiting those web sites. When the Provider provides links to other web sites, the Provider does not recommend that to its users access these web sites and it does not provide any guarantees to their web content or to services and products supplied and sold by these web sites to Internet users.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use are regulated by Greek Law and, in particular, by Law No. 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection”, by the Presidential Decree No. 131/2003 and by Law No.3471/2006.
